	&lt;p&gt;The head and hair are extremely sensitive as the face and scalp are crowded with nerve endings. This makes them extremely receptive to touch. Massaging the head and hair is soothing and deeply relaxing.&lt;/p&gt;

By manipulating, and applying pressure to certain parts of the feet, the whole body can be ‘re-turned‘ and brought back into balance.&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;I use only 100% pure high quality essential oils for on-couch massage and talcum powder for Reflexology. No oils are used for Indian Head Massage

	&lt;p&gt;My massage technique is mixture of all above, depending on each individual client’s needs.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;A typical session would start with firm pressure to ease muscle tension followed by Lymphatic Drainage Massage technique designed to drain and remove toxins. This can be followed by Indian Head Massage or Reflexology if required.&lt;/p&gt;
